We act as an intermediary service provider to facilitate the filing of business formation documents with appropriate state and federal agencies. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

Fees and Payment

Our services are provided for the fees listed on our website. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable service fees and government filing fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for services ordered
• Pay any applicable taxes in connection with your purchase

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. Fees are subject to change with notice. Government filing fees are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to state authorities.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Service fees may be refunded if requested before documents are filed with government agencies
• Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• Annual service fees may be prorated based on time remaining in the service period

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information for business filings
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Review all documents before submission and approve final filings
• Maintain compliance with ongoing business requirements in your jurisdiction

US TradeCorp is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are limited to preparing and filing business formation documents based on information you provide. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified legal, tax, and financial professionals regarding your specific business needs and circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of US TradeCorp or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
